Yes! All of our premium cigars are stored in a humidity and temperature controlled humidor to ensure that the cigars stay at the peak of freshness. We also rotate our stock frequently with new shipments from suppliers to ensure you always receive the freshest batch available.

Sometimes, especially in the summer, the heat can get to cigars during transit. The best way to deal with this is to put the cigars you receive in a humidor for a day or two to bring them back up to ideal freshness. If you ever unsatisfied with your cigars, get in touch with us and we will be happy to help.

In most cases, and for most brands, our cigars come directly from the manufacturer. Some specific brands, however can come from resellers and local distributors, mostly to avoid outrageously high minimum advertised selling prices (MAP). These brands are famous for marking up the price of their cigars, to increase costs on consumers like you. We try our best to work with honest suppliers and manufacturers, who provide reasonable prices for us to offer, or don't attempt to control them all together.

Yes we do, for some specific brands and lines. Most of our samplers are sourced directly from the manufacturer, as we try not to mix our own packs. Almost all cigar brands we carry offer some sort of sampler or gift pack so you can try the flavors, without committing to an entire box.
