Factory Throwouts

Factory Throwouts are manufactured right here in the USA, by the J.C. Newman cigar company.   These cigars are made machine made in Tampa Florida. 

So why are these cigars so cheap, as the name suggests, they are throwouts, salvaged by J.C. Newman.  The discolored leaves do not meet the standards of some manufacturers so J.C. Newman scoops up the leaves super cheap and passes the savings on to the consumer.
