Shipping Methods
Super Saver Shipping All orders are shipped via USPS Priority or via a local carriers such as Spee-Dee Delivery, LSO (Lone Star Overnight) and Sonic Transportation & Logistics. When it shipped by LSO or Sonic, the delivery is 2 step process (combination of two carriers). First it goes on commercial LTL truck to local carrier and then the local carrier delivers. Depending on location, please allow 3-8 business days for orders to arrive (this estimate does not include the time needed to process, package, and drop off your order).
Shipping Zones
We accept orders and ship to the entire contiguous United States, with a few restrictions.
Due to state restrictions we do not ship tobacco to the following states: Alaska, Illinois, South Dakota, Vermont, Utah and Washington. If you do not see your state in the drop-down box during order placement, this usually means that we are unable to ship the product you chose to that particular state.
Flavored products cannot be shipped to: California, Massachusetts, New York and Rhode Island.
Shipping to AFO/FPO
At this time we do not offer shipping to AFO/FPO destinations.
International Shipping
At this time we do not accept international orders.
Shipping & Handling Costs
Shipping & Handling costs are calculated based on your location as well as the product's weight, dimensions and quantities. We may also offer a flat rate shipping. Final shipping options and costs are displayed during checkout.
Free Shipping & Specials
Periodically, we offer free shipping to our customers. Please check our website often for special offers and coupons. You may also subscribe to our Newsletter to receive notifications about our specials via email.
Order Processing
Processing times vary by product, but typical processing times for products that are “In Stock” are 1-3 business days, in rare occasions it may take additional 1-2 business days due to payment may not be immediately posted. We always do our best to package and ship products as soon as we can, so your orders can get to you as fast as possible. Sometimes delays can occur for a number of reasons, including product availability or order volume. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes, we are not responsible for shipping delays. If you have any questions about your order or any possible delays, please get in touch with us. Please note, in case of refused, unsigned or undeliverable packages, shipping fees are not refundable. We will provide a tracking number for your order if available from the carrier.
Tracking Orders
Tracking numbers are sent to the email address provided at checkout as soon as an order being shipped. Depending on your email's spam filter settings, tracking numbers may arrive in your spam folder, so please check there as well. Please note, USPS tracking information may not show up for up to 3 business days. Orders shipped with LSO or Sonic carriers take up to 5 business days before they can be successfully tracked. Tracking becomes available after your package is scanned at the carrier’s destination hub. Sometimes, your package may not be scanned at every stopping point, but that does not mean it was not picked up or not on the way – thanks in advance for your patience!
