Quality of product

The cigars were crispy dry and stale as possible, the plastic was unraveling off each cigar due to being old

Pricing

I was disappointed in you raising the price of my usual Dutch Masters Presidents. I have searched for lower prices with other suppliers and have found one $5.00 a box cheaper. Their shipping costs are $5.00 more than you but if I buy my usual 5 boxes, I'm saving $25.00 going to this other supplier. I'll give TobaccoGeneral one chance to lower the costs.
