This order included two of the 5 packs of Shargio tubes. The bottom part of one of the 5 packs was partially crushed, making two of the boxes of 200 tubes mostly unusable. This damage was not inflicted during shipping, as the external shipping box was undamaged., and the damaged 5 pack was in the middle of the shipping box It seems obvious that the 5 pack was damaged BEFORE you packed it into the shipping carton or during your carton packing process.
